DeleteDetox diet Helps to removing unhealthy toxins from body.Detox diet normally characterised by 2-3days fasting along with selective intake of fruits,vegetables,juices & herbs. some people report feeling more focused and energetic during and after detox diet.On other hand ,there is low or very low consumption of day today food items ( e.g carbohydrates,milk and milk products).
In detox diet these will be reduced intake of other vitamins and minerals .it can show you adverse effect on body .Therefore,before starting a detox diet please ensure that your body is " FIT" from inside.Doctor/Trainer/ Nutritionist approval is must before you start a detox diet.
How can vegetarians ensure that they get sufficient amount of proteins from their regular diets?

DeleteThe best time to have fruits in the morning.Preferably,empty stomach.Fruits contain high amount of fructose sugar which can be easily digested during the high metabolism state of the body in the morning.The body metabolism rate decreases as the day progresses and nearly come to zero when we are deep in sleep during the night.Thus,it is advised to eat fruits in all your meal before twelve noon.Any kind of sugar that is not immediately digested by body will have tendency to convert into fat depending on your body type.
What would be the ideal diet for Diabetes patients and by following diet can the patient recover from Diabetes ?

ReplyDeleteHi. When is a good time to eat sprouts? Is it good to have them as a snack in evening? Or can we eat them as a breakfast and is there any right quantity to eat sprouts?
ReplyDeleteI have one year old daughter. For morning food, we give her NanPro3 - 3 scoops with water at 7 am and after two hours, we give her one mashed banana or sometimes apple; around 1 pm rice with sabji or daal. About 3 pm, she drinks NanPro3 - 3 scoops again; a boiled egg at 5pm and for dinner time, she eats her cerelac 1-2 scoops.
